That moment when placing accessories, adding the final touch or when a client says, “This looks beautiful” with a smile on their face makes what we do meaningful and worthwhile.

Carrie’s first job
I worked at a local supermarket chain for five years. I started out as a cashier and moved up to customer service shortly after. It’s not always as easy as it looks.
Her favorite way to relax
Being on a beach and Racing!! From March-October, I’m at the race track every weekend.
Signing up for the Ocean City Half Marathon, completing it in two hours and 40 minutes was an unexpected event for me. And then, after saying that I would never run again, the second event was signing up for the Baltimore Half Marathon, setting a new personal record of two hours and 12 minutes and raising money for the "Cool Kids Campaign." Cool Kids is an organization devoted to improving the quality of life for pediatric oncology patients and their families by focusing on the academic, social and emotional needs brought on by a cancer diagnosis."
Food that Carrie can’t live without
I’m a girl who absolutely loves to eat – so picking food that I can’t live without is almost impossible. However, I cannot live without peanut butter, dark chocolate and peanut M&M’s … they’re all my favorites! Oh, and carbs...carbs are delicious!
I think Steve Jobs said it best "Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking, and don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know it when you find it."
