This new pub is located in a 110-year-old building with beautiful, original brick walls. The existing brick was one of the many features highlighted in this building fit-out to create a uniquely distinctive pub venue that reflects its roots.
We added a tall fireplace feature, introduced a mix of booth seating and high top tables and used bold colors that complement the existing brick for a warm inudustrial aesthetic. Lighting selections reinforce the contemporary rustic style. The new production kitchen includes a wood fired oven, but the main attraction is the bar, which features a floor to ceiling display of whiskey and other spirits from around the world. A rolling, library style ladder allows the bartender to put on a show while serving libations.
