When Lauren wants to relax

I travel as much as I can, and get excited to experience new things. My favorite adventure was visiting my best friend in Paris with my husband. We went to the Palace of Versailles, and walking through the Hall of Mirrors was something I will never forget. Gorgeous!

My first job was babysitting. I learned not to take three kids out of the house without taking a stroller!

Recommended reading

I enjoy reading Interior Design and Architectural books for inspiration and to keep up on the trends. However, my favorite book of all time is "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie." I never grow too old for it, and I always crack up when I read it to my nephews (I have three of them!).
